Infinity Pool access: Minimum age from 21 years old and above. Children aged 10 to 20 are permitted to access the Infinity Pool daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Damage deposit from guests: AED500 per night. A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to perform pre-authorization for one night on the credit card provided.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
